We ship exclusively to addresses within United States . We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Rates (Calculated at Checkout)
We believe in fair, transparent pricing. We do not charge flat-rate shipping fees; instead, your shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on:
• The total weight and dimensions of your order.
• Your specific delivery address.
• The real-time rates provided by our carriers USPS.
This ensures you pay exactly what it costs to get your handcrafted piece safely to your door—no more, no less.
3. Local Pickup
If you are local to [Your City/Area], you can skip shipping costs entirely by choosing Local Pickup at checkout.
• How it works: Select the "Pickup" option under the Delivery section at checkout.
• Timeline: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 5-7 business days.
• Notification: You will receive an email (or text) when your order is ready, along with instructions on where and when to collect your items.
• Please have your order confirmation email ready when you arrive.
4. Order Processing & Production
• In-Stock Items: Shipped within 3-5 business days.
• Made-to-Order: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted before it is dispatched.
• You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.
5. Damages & Issues
While we pack our items to withstand the journey, wood can be delicate. If your item arrives damaged:
1. Please take clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged product.
2. Contact us at hughej1007@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Keep all packaging materials, as the carrier may require them for an insurance inspection.
